Lawpay is so easy to deal with. Their online program is user friendly, and if I ever have a question or issue, they are helpful and get back to me in a timely manner.

User friendly and simple to use. The dashboard provides various information by month, year etc. Money is transferred to bank account within two business days. Fees are very competitive.

Very easy to use, and I love the ability to take credit cards for trust account deposits with the confidence that it is done right.

Overall we are very pleased with LawPay. The kinks for us include 1) LawPay still has not figured out why each of our users has to enter his or her password twice to log in, and 2) Some of our users do not log in. Instead, they click on shortcuts that are on their desktops to gain access to recording payments for our Operating checking account and for our IOLTA checking account. Per LawPay, because they are bypassing login, the program cannot track which employee processed the client's payment.

Easy to use and the best customer service hands-down!
