While dining out one night, our founders saw how stressed out their servers were, and how worried the restaurant management seemed about their business. Then and there, they decided to help – not just that restaurant, but every restaurant that has ever wanted to save time and money and see profits grow. Lavu was developed with the restaurant owner in mind every step of the way. Our mission is simple: we empower restaurateurs to do more of what they love, with solutions that work. You bring the passion and the vision. We’ll bring the best-in-class technology and all the management tools you need. (And we’ll bring our share of passion and vision too!)That first meal was in 2010. We started with a simple iOS app, but like the restaurants we support, we’ve grown. Today Lavu powers restaurants around the globe, with a comprehensive suite of tools including front-of-house, back-of-house, inventory, labor, and so much more.

Extremely slow and poor follow up to service, after several years still waiting for their software to work properly in regard to the pilot, numerous bugs that have never been corrected

Operationally the Sales Front end performs very well and is reliable. The back office and reporting whilst functionable remain a little "clunky". The absence of global menu and other global features across multiple stores is a deficiency that would be great to have adddressed.
