I would have given 5 stars. But, Lavinotheque insists on using FedEx and "adult signature required". We were told the package would arrive on Wed. My wife took a day off work and waited. Nothing. The box showed up the next day by the garage door. No signature required or requested. Please tell FedEx to fix their mess.

I have ordered wine and Prosecco On several occasions from this Store. It’s usually a 4 to 5 day turnaround from order to delivery. Absolutely huge selection of all kinds of wine, champagne and other. Will definitely order from them again.

The whole process was efficient and easy. Very quick shipping and excellent communication. Highly recommend.

I never ordered wine to be delivered before. They had a good selection and easy to order online. The order was correctly processed and given a shipment date. UPS and FEDEX are mail services. Tracking is easy. My experience with the mail service was unfortunate and damaged and lost goods occured. They quickly reordered to try and make my time for Thanksgiving. I had bad luck, they needed to reimburse me. They did this quickly. I would use their service again. Just a note, if you want them to easily track, sign up before you make order. Your orders are kept by them to review.

Thank you to La Vinotheque for carrying my favorite Sake. I placed a large order and the first of two packages was delivered in a timely manner. The second package never showed up. I chose UPS for my delivery option. (Don't do that!) Halfway through shipping UPS "lost" the package. 12 bottles of sake! I am very pleased with the help I received from customer service replacing my order! It processed and shipped (via fedex) super fast. Thank you so much!!!! I will be ordering again very soon. I would defiantly recommend giving La Vinotheque a try.
