The application and submission process was quick and easy and the staff over the phone really took their time answering all my questions and seemed to be really patient compared to Sofi and Citizens Bank.

Easy to fill out to request loan, but even with a good credit score above a 710 I was denied for a personal loan because I had defaulted on loans which were actually bought by another lender and I got out of default, but it’s not showing on my report. If they took the time to examine the numbers they’d see it matches up that the loans were sold and now I’m current. Don’t waste your time since otherwise my credit is great, but they still denied me.
