LatePointReviews of latepoint.com

I had an issue with my LatePoint plugin that was affecting my website’s functionality. Sravan and the LatePoint support team were incredibly helpful and professional throughout the process. They quickly identified the problem, reinstalled the plugins, checked the database, and fixed the issue efficiently. What really stood out was their clear communication and willingness to go the extra mile to ensure everything was working smoothly. My website is now running perfectly, and I’m very grateful for their support. Highly recommend LatePoint for both their product and excellent customer service!

Amazing system, great support and very quick response. I would definitely recommend, really beautiful platform, easy to use and easy to teach our employees how to use it. The only thing I would love them to have is the option to block the time from their calendar (without the need to use the holidays or special hours option) so I wouldn't have to create a booking to block the time off.

I bought a license and then I had a problem with one of the add-ons and the support was amazing. Not only did they solve the problem, but also as a gesture of goodwill gave me a parcial refund. Herman was really supportive and answered all my emails with a lot of detail.

I’ve been using Latepoint for over four years now and highly recommend it to others. The program is highly customizable, offering flexibility that many other appointment plugins for WordPress lack. Until recently, I hadn’t needed support, but when a few challenges came up three weeks ago, the support team responded quickly, with clear and competent assistance. I can only give my warmest recommendations!

I have used booking plugins before but this is the first time I have used LatePoint and it is far superior to the ones I have on other clients sites. I chose it because the demo looked good and they offered a lifetime payment option which I paid. I have not been disappointed. The plugin was a breeze to set up and looks fantastic straight 'out of the box' so very little... actually no personalization needed. I did have one support question while setting up the confirmation emails and LatePoint were really quick and helpful getting back to me. We I showed the booking system to my client he was really impressed at how intuitive it was. He also liked the way it slotted very neatly into the website. It's a very simple and neat plugin which I would highly recommend.

The support team answered my questions unbelievably quickly, and this happened more than once. That's why I decided to rate them 5 stars here.

I like this plugin it delivers what it promise but they need to consider providing integrations with Apple and Outlook calendars, this is really important because all users do not use Google calendar.

Excelent atention. Excelent app.
