You have to be extra careful when booking your flights there as they try to push down services you might not want. They charged me for some insurance that i never agreed to in the final price but after talking to their customer service, they agreed to refund it. If not the customer's service, I would have put 1 star.

is there an option for no stars. I ve not travelled as much as used to prior to the pandemic this service has gone downhill so much. I will never use them again. All there information came back in dutch. I spent 4 days trying to use chat box ai but it was in dutch s9o impossible. When you do call them sophisticated ai knows your number and unlikely to be a new customer so virtually cuts you off... NEVER NEVER NEVER AGAIN and refers to the CHAT BOT. better to use BA next time In addition told that my email address which I gave last minute.com to book flights was not registered and therefore could not be used lol

A fuir.

HO PRENOTATO UN VIAGGIO A GENNAIO ,CHE AVREI DOVUTO FARE IN AGOSTO,PAGANDO OLTRE LA META' DELLA QUOTA DEL VIAGGIO COME ANTICIPO,L'ALTRA META' AVREI DOVUTO PAGARLA COME SALDO IN LUGLIO PUTROPPO X MOTIVI DI LAVORO HO DOVUTO ANNULLARE IL VIAGGIO NEL MESE DI GIUGNO...PREMETTO CHE AVEVO STIPULATO CON LORO ANCHE UN ASSICURAZIONE A COPERTURA TOTALE!ECCO QUESTA E' UNA TRUFFA PERCHE' HO SCOPERTO NON COPRE L'ANNULLAMENTO DEL VIAGGIO...IN PRATICA DELLA CIFRA DA ME VERSATA NE HO RICEVUTO UNA MISERIA E IL RESTO A SENTIRE LORO NON MI ERA DOVUTO INDIETRO...NON VIAGGERO' PIU' CON QUESTO TOUR OPERATOR

Pathetic! They provided their own / incorrect contact information to airlines when making my bookings and now I am unable to receive the code the airlines send to view or manage my bookings. Chat with agent infuriating as he just keeps saying make sure you are using the right PNR etc- even after sending screenshots that I am. Same circles. Still unable to access my bookings as agent could not / would not help. Download their app - apparently I have no bookings. Ask about this told to make sure I’m logging into the right account. Seriously? Again proof sent and again no resolution. Should have paid the little bit extra and used a more reputable company. They also did separate bookings for the two passengers on one of the legs so cannot manage the tickets together and, unless I pay extra to reserve seats, we probably won’t be sitting together. Well done clowns!
