I purchased my first ever Juvederm treatment. I was told two sessions would be needed for the treatment - 1/2 the syringe in the first and 1/2 on the second. I called to reschedule my appointment a few times, which the person on the phone did with no question. Before my appointment I received a call saying they no longer have the syringe as it's past 30 days. I was quite disappointed, not that the syringe was disposed of but that not one person handling appointments made me aware I had to have this done before the 30 day mark. These treatments are not cheap as you know. There is no consistency and there's a great lack of experience and knowledge of products among the staff, specifically those handling calls and appointments. I was told someone from Dublin location would call me to see what they can do to make it right and it's a couple of months later and I'm still waiting. The worst part, I went in for laser hair removal and saw the location director, I mentioned to her that she was supposed to contact me and she looked confused, again never following up with me. This is very unprofessional! I'm hesitant in using Laseraway again

The treatment is great, but I've had a hell of a time with scheduling. I have been called day of several times to tell me they have to reschedule because it has not been enough time, when they were the ones who scheduled me and had my information. Very frustrating for the amount of money being spent.

Extremely unhappy with the service, I was warned by two friends and still decided to go to LaserAway. After two sessions there is barely any change in the tattoo but the skin is now scarred and raised. I have gone to two other tattoo removal places prior to LaserAway and I've never had that issue. Customer Service is also a joke - front staff is rude, nurses don't know what they're doing... Trying to get a refund of my remaining package as I don't want to continue any service at LaserAway - just not trustworthy.

Have been 4 of my appointments, 2 of which were very unpleasant. Treatment seams to be very patchy. The main area of interest is still growing hair...😭

Their IPL machine breaks on regular basis, I had three appointments with them and happened twice. When they reschedule customers, they don't make any effort to accommodate us by scheduling extra tech or longer service hours even though it was them who cost the problem. The front desk staff are friendly but not helpful or efficient or professional. Burlingame location is for customers who have lots time on their hands, if you are a busy person - good luck.

I did not see any result from the first session of my IPL Photofacial. Second session a little better result but got a forehead burn and my third session again no drastic result. My friend got her IPL Photofacial from somewhere else and her facial skin was super clear from her third treatment. I had high hopes but it’s disappointing now really.

Honestly, I have had a pretty bad experience at LaserAway. They have had to reschedule my appointment numerous times setting my treatment back and missing my "growth cycle window" causing my treatments to be less effective. Each nurse does her treatments differently and due to them messing up my scheduling some parts of my body are ahead of others but the lines drawn by the nurses and the levels get mixed up during treatment so they'll essentially use a lower power when its supposed to be higher in various areas. This was a big waste of money in my opinion and I would never recommend LaserAway to anyone. This has been an awful experience for me as a whole.

The place is well maintained and clean and receptionists are friendly and welcoming but staff who does the treatment in one of the locations are rude and unprofessional.
