The costs added up quickly while Larson worked to resolve my case, but I believe that is the same as all other tax resolution firms. I don't want to write a book, but i will say Larson tax is fantastic. I received a tax bill for 2012 stating we owed 268K. I was floored. I was getting nowhere with the IRS so I turned to Larson. First person I spoke to was Tim Campbell a lovely gentleman. He took all my info and turned it over to Rich Brown. Rich was great I faxed him documents he needed he wrote a letter and called IRS. About three months later he called to tell me the IRS had closed the case and I could now file our tax return. I was relieved beyond doubt. With so many businesses advertising to help with any tax problems (but not really helping and so many stories about people getting ripped off) I did not know who to turn to with my IRS problems. However, after listening to Michael Brown on the radio and finding the Larson Tax Firm my problem was solved. From the first phone call to the final preparation the service was exemplary and so easy to understand. My first contact was a return call within 24 hours of my voice mail from Joe Mascorella one of their Senior representatives. Our conversation was not only professional but also very personable. Joe took some basic information, advised me of what they could do, and disclosed all fees or monetary requirements upfront so no surprises like some of those other companies. The next day I received a call from Rich Brown who advised me that he was the person assigned to my case and would be the person I would be contacting on any matters with the IRS. Well let me tell you, not only are these guys knowledgeable they also are treating me like family and are representing me like I own the place. Larson Tax Relief was just as it says a relief. The team we had working with us were amazing. They were professional, polite and prompt. Larson was not the first company we hired unfortunately, making us appreciate them by contrast even more. Our team was able to stop the seizure process and get us into a payment plan that we could manage..even after I had given up hope. Thank you just doesn't seem sufficient. Our one and only hang up was the sales man that led us to Larson. He falsely promised a flat fee, when it is in fact billed by the hour. Though it is billed more than reasonably and our team was very accommodating, if he had been straightforward from the beginning we would not have been so surprised halfway through our case.
