Hi Debra, thanks for taking the time to share your feedback today, and I'm sorry to hear that your experience with Lark was not what you were expecting. The Lark platform does leverage an AI coach across all of our programs with proven outcomes, and covers a variety of educational subjects with participants over the course of the program. Regarding your email, I did check in with our Customer Support team on this, and we can confirm that our team did respond to your email on the same day so I do apologize if you missed our response. To order the devices included in your program, simply sign in and complete the new user onboarding process, of which the device order process is one of the earliest components. Once you've ordered your devices, you'll be able to begin working through the educational program content with your coach. If you deleted Lark from your phone but did not delete your account, then your account is still active - if so, we hope you'll give Lark another try so that you can order your devices and see the benefits of the program. Thank you again for sharing your feedback, and we wish you the best of health.

Hi Lisa, thanks for taking the time to share your feedback with Lark. The Lark programs focused on chronic conditions, like the Hypertension Program, are specifically for individuals with the corresponding condition. If you do not have a Hypertension diagnosis, this is not an appropriate program for your health needs. Please reach out to your health plan's member services team for assistance in locating alternative program options that would better suit your needs and health goals. Thank you again for sharing your feedback, and we wish you the best of health.

Hi Tristan, thanks for taking the time to share your feedback with Lark, and I'm sorry to hear that your Lark experience hasn't lived up to your expectations. While the AI in our system is very powerful, it is not designed for conversation and interpreting free form text messages in all scenarios. However, as this has been a relatively common point of feedback, we have recently introduced an enhanced food logging system that allows for more natural text entry and interaction with your Lark coach for participants in some programs. We really appreciate your feedback that you would like more flexibility in interactions with your Lark coach, and will make sure to share it with our product development team. Thank you again, and we wish you the best of health!

Hi Cara, thanks for taking the time to share your feedback with Lark. For this kind of issue, I recommend reaching out to the Lark Support Team for assistance. They will be able to help point you in the direction of the resources available to you through your Lark program, which may include perks like talking to one of our live health coaches in a one on one session, as well as look into your inquiry about being placed in a program that you don't have the condition for. While we don't currently have a setting for food allergies, we do have a more robust food logging experience in the works that we hope to release to all members in the future. This new feature will allow for a more natural and conversational logging experience that should better support your specific dietary needs. We're excited to bring this enhanced experience to the application so that we can better serve our users on their journey to better health. Thank you again for sharing your feedback, and we wish you the best of health!
