Great products, save a lot of time, let you focus on code. Customer support response time is a bit slow, error messages are sometimes vague.

The worst customer support they have. Whenever I ask about a service that they provide, they will respond. "However, Forge support only provides guidance and support for core Forge features that may not be working properly. We are unable to provide guidance or support for things like application development, custom server configurations, custom server extensions or software, or other similar customizations and application development related topics." The product amazing but the worst customer support

Nice product but customer service is slow to respond. When they do respond they tend to give incorrect/misleading or incomplete information.
