Not what I expected from Lantern
You sent email asking to login to account to see new changes in program. Could not log in, contacted you, your emails with temporary passwords do not work as I still cannot log in. Now I see in my account (after you sent temporary password) that our next bill is 9/9/21 but we are paid in full! Terrible service, poor support…very disappointed…what is going on?

Hi Mechy, I am so sorry to hear that you had a poor experience with resetting your password and the support you received. We are currently connected over email but wanted to be sure I closed the loop here as well. I have followed-up with you through my personal email to help reset your password and confirm you do not have any additional charges. Looking forward to connecting further in hopes that we can regain your confidence in Lantern. All the best, Liz
