Dear Customer, Sorry again for the trouble and the long wait on this. Once we were informed about the missing support rods, we arranged a replacement right away. That first shipment unfortunately got lost in transit with the carrier. As soon as we were notified of that issue, we sent out another replacement immediately and also shared the updated tracking details with you by email. We completely understand how frustrating this must be, especially when you’re waiting to finish assembly, and we’re very sorry for the inconvenience caused here. The new shipment is still being monitored on our side, and if anything still looks off or hasn’t arrived, please just let us know and we’ll follow up right away.
