Thank you for sharing your experience, Dave. We're sorry to hear your site visit didn't go as planned. Visiting rural vacant land at dusk and during wet conditions can make access challenging — we always recommend visiting during daylight hours and checking conditions in advance, even if the property is not in a flood zone like this one. We want every buyer to feel confident in their purchase, which is why we encourage site visits and due diligence before committing. We're glad you had the chance to visit before finalizing anything, and we wish you well in finding the right property for your needs.
