Thanks for taking the time to share your feedback regarding your recent purchase. Your input is appreciated and we deeply apologize for the allergic reaction you had. The safety and well-being of our customers is our utmost priority, and we understand how distressing it can be when a product doesn't suit your skin. If you haven’t already, we encourage you to discontinue use immediately and seek advice from a healthcare professional to address any discomfort or concerns. Regarding the texture of our bar soap, we regret that it didn't meet your expectations. Our aim is to provide a nourishing and gentle experience, so it's disheartening to learn that it felt hard against your skin and left a residue. We continuously strive to improve our products, and your feedback will undoubtedly assist us in making necessary enhancements. We value your opinion, as it helps us grow and develop as a brand committed to providing exceptional natural beauty solutions. If you have any further details or suggestions that could correct the issue, please don't hesitate to reach out to our customer support team at [email protected]. We would be more than willing to assist you and ensure your complete satisfaction. We hope to have the opportunity to regain your trust and provide you with a positive experience in the future.
