Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service for a supposedly luxury brand. My confirmed order was canceled because of Valmont’s own technical issue. I was then made to waste time troubleshooting and reordering, only to be told the promotional gifts from my original order were suddenly unavailable. I wasn’t asking for anything extra and just what was already confirmed. Once Valmont canceled my order, the original offer disappeared too. After reading reviews online, im pretty sure they do this "trick" all the time. Luxury products mean very little when the customer service is this poor.
