I left a review on 6/30/26. I thought that the product was authentic. It was not. 8 just compared label to authentic one I received today. They tried to tell me it was real a couple of months ago. Today I found out for sure it was not.

I ordered hairspray from them, which was a good price. However, when I started using it, the nozzle was not working properly, and I could not get a normal spray stream, rendering it basically useless. I reached out to them, and because it was past 30 days, they would do nothing. I will not ever again order from this company. The fact that they wouldn’t even try to fix the problem is ridiculous.

I had high hopes for this company, but unfortunately, I am deeply disappointed. I initially thought they were reliable, but after multiple attempts to reach them through email, I have received no response. The lack of communication and service delay is very frustrating. I expected much better, and this has been a poor experience overal

I checked the batch code (found on the bottom of the jar and box) of the cleansing balm I ordered from this site, and it was OVER 3 YEARS OLD! I will not be ordering from this site again. If I were you, I'd pay a little more for guaranteed fresh product(s) that can be easily returned if necessary.

Tried to order some items through the site using PayPal and it kept saying my IP address was blacklisted. I have never seen anything like that when ordering anything online before. Seems like a red flag this is a scam site.

Bought Davines Love shampoo, got suspicious when the seal on the bottle was missing. Still had an existing bottle to compare to, the product from Lala Daisy was obviously diluted. Returning immediately, hopefully no issues with a refund.

Received two Davines products that smelled terrible. One of them had alcohol and acted like hairspray even thought it is a spray on conditioner. I've used these products for years and these bottles had something else in them.
