The rugs arrived in a timely manner. The one disappointment is in the color. If you are expecting a rug with Christmas red in the appropriate places, you'll be disappointed. It is closer to brown than red. If I'm very kind I might call it rust. I'm keeping the carpet because I love the design. Very disappointed in the colors.

Easy communication with customer service.

I bought the adorable insect rug. It took quite a while to arrive and I thought for sure I had been scammed. It arrived after 4 weeks and was folded into a small package. This rug was a HUGE disappointment! The ‘rug’ is nothing thicker than a decent weight beach towel. The knap is soft and rub-able, but when you rub it you can see the white pile underneath which means when you stand and walk on it the pattern shifts and you see white patches. This is the wrong type of material for surface printing. The pattern IS adorable but colors are dull and like I said patchy. I still can’t get the fold marks out despite hand rubbing and vacuuming, which affects the overall appearance. Please save your money and save up for the real rug if you truly love the design! Hopefully you can find it on sale. I will not be ordering from this company again.

we’re so sorry the insect rug didn’t meet your expectations—this isn’t the experience we want for you, and we feel truly bad about it. We’d love to help fix this. Please email our after-sales team, and we’ll work with you to resolve the thickness, pattern, or fold mark issues. Thank you for sharing your feedback, and we hope to make this right for you.
I love the holiday options at reasonable prices. The rugs are good quality while still being washable (depending on the size you may need to go to the laundromat to use an industrial size washer and dryer)

The pattern was gorgeous and true to color. I love the size. It was definitely thin and I can see that the nap will wear quickly- there are marks from the packaging. But for the price that is reasonable. The customer service was very fast and responsive. I would definitely buy again.

I've had a great experience with Lahome, I have a few rugs from them and the quality is so nice and soft - love that they are washable for such a great price! I had an issue with my most recent order (no fault of Lahome) and they are being so kind and helpful in helping me rectify the issue.
