I accidentally ordered the wrong size rug and customer service was very kind in giving me a large partial refund (so I didn’t have to go through the hassle of returning the rug) AND they gave me a discount for another rug.

The selections were great, the pricing was amazing, shipping was super fast and the quality was above par. It is an absolutely beautiful rug that can be thrown in a laundromat washing machine and wash which makes it easy to put anywhere in your home especially when you have pets or small children. You will not regret getting one.

I found a rug on tik tok that I really liked from Lahome Decor and had it in my cart for a long time. I finally decided to pull the trigger and its so worth it! The rug is a bit thinner since its machine washable, but i put it on carpet so its not totally noticeable. Rug seems to be good quality and its very soft! Accurate to the photos on the website. Great addition to my bedroom!

I had received part of my order but the other part hadn’t shipped, so I contacted customer service and was responded to within just a few hours.
