Excellent customer service by communicating to the customer about everything. It felt like having a friend on the inside.

The communication with the seller was phenomenal.

Excellent customer service, the ring was exactly as in the picture. My fiancé loved it! The process took about a month paying for rushing order. I have no complaints about.
