Buyer Beware — La Fleur Bouques
** Previously assigned to the wrong vendor ** La Fleur Bouquets — Buyer beware!! I bought the Marble Box set (Red Roses) in 2019, which was an awesome gift at the time. Returned to buy another gift (Creme Mixed Long Stems) and quality has dropped miserably since my last purchase. Contacted La Fleur to express my dissatisfaction. I requesed return instructions and a refund. Their rep strung me along asking for pictures and what may be wrong. No response after the second email that included a comparison between my first and second order. Providing any level of customer satisfaction is at the bottom of their list. $370 is way too much for overpriced, water-colored, Dollar Store quality flowers that are sprayed w/ street pimp perfume. Should've bought two dozen roses at COSTCO for $24.99…. Pathetic. Even paid extra to have them delivered on Valentine’s Day and that’s the only thing they got right… Buy at your own risk—You may get lucky. Don’t expect them to guarantee their product and definitely kiss your $$ goodbye if it’s not what you expected. Extremely dissatisfied! LT
