If you are planning to get a "Enhanced Life Estate Deed"/ Lady Bird deed, use this company. It took 1 week, and it was completed and recorded for 50% of what a lawyer would have cost! They were very organized, and I followed their directions and things went very smooth. I am very pleased that I used Lady Bird Deed Now.
