The hair is always amazing but customer service was terrible. Probably won’t buy it again because it was that bad. Get it together Laced. You have an amazing product but the experience as a whole was not worth it.

The hair tangles easy and looks clumpy minutes after brushing. For all the hype of how amazing these are, and for the price, I’m disappointed in them.
