The lady (owner?) started yelling/complaining to me that “people” just walk up to order without seeing the line. I was there for a pickup order and received an email telling me it was ready…..they were clearly stressed due to the turnout but very rude and she never apologized

Dear. The Lady did not yelled at you. Just told you to wait in line, because you had other people before you. Yes, you received an email informing your order was ready because that is how it works.
