Still hasn’t arrived after 2 weeks, really slow shipping

Love the new led mirror so bright and clever the way it shuts off ! It the details in the products I love Just started adding to my collection always had a seemless transaction and delivery with this company for the last couple of years.

i’m really disappointed because after more than a month i still haven’t received my order, the tracking number is no longer valid and the customer service keeps answering me always the same thing without giving me any update

My package shipped two weeks after I purchased it. Then fedex put the status as pending I asked them and said basically screw you we can’t do anything. I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN SCREW KYLIE SKIN.

I never had big problems with my skin, but i decided to buy Kylie skin walnut scrub and the other product for removing make-up. It was very BAD decision for me, because those products aren’t cheap though and they don’t work, actually they caused acne on my face. I wanted to write this review to save your money for something better. Pretty BAD products, Kylie.
