Unreliable, sarcastic customer service when I used a few years ago. Who needs a smart a.. remark from an employee of company you give your money to!? The last interaction was better, I admit. We'll see I guess.

This company price are ridiculously high. Their reason for the higher prices is to deter those who shouldn't be using their services. However with that being said, you can get generic brands for 90 percent cheaper than Kwikmed prices. Sildenafil 90 pills is only $35 dollars everywhere else with a prescription and Tadalafil 30 pills is $117 dollars. This company wants $1052 for 30 generic Sildenafil alone!!!Wow.

Blatantly overpriced

I received medication (pills) that were smashed in transit. I contacted KwikMed to inquire how to handle getting replacements. Never got a response.

The convinenece and immediate medical attention to me as a long time customer is very nice. Sadly, the consistent and regular increases in price (over many years) is exceedingly draconian and will soon result in losing my business
