Great and fast service and selection of items at a very good price.

Placed order and paid for it then got email of backordered and I had to inquire about possible ship date. For the prices and type of website the site should show that information up front. I can't use the insect repellent without the canister it is dispensed in. So now two more weeks before canister is even shipped.

I've ordered from KVPETSUPPLY many times. Everything always arrives within 3 days, no issues. Products are exactly as advertised. Plus, I ordered some puppy shampoo, they taped the bottle shut AND put it into a sealed bag. I will ALWAYS use them for ALL my pet neefs.

Bought 2 of the elevated dog beds, (cots). I have used a brand from a large chain store at three times your cost. These are so far above their quality, wished I had bought more. 5 stars!!!

The package arrival in excellent shape and in good time. But with the hot weather in this area, the blue ice was liquid and seemed on the warm side. I would pay extra to maybe use another carrier that would use refrigeration.
