I've loved KV for a long time and refer to everyone I know with pets. prescriptions are less expensive than you vet (honestly a rip off) and their toys are the same, however, you have representatives that answer questions regarding the type of toy you need with your breed of anima . KV is the best online pet supply company out there in my opinion.
