KV Pet Supply ROCKS! They had everything in stock, prices were competitive. What more could a happy client ask for.

I tried to order prescription medication that required a prescription from my vet. After giving my credit card info it told me to click a link for instructions on how to get the prescription to them. The link did not work after many trys. The last time I clicked it my antivirus flagged that the sight was attempting to download multiple files to my device. I am now monitoring my account for fraud. I never got the medicine.

Finally gave up and placed internet order. Had difficulty with that process as I was asked for a prescription which was already on file. In other words, there was little organization on the web. I'm not surprised they are out of the prescription business although the fulfillment process was excellent - orders arrived in 2 or 3 days.

I wanted to order a particular brand of medication but it was out of stock. Since I needed to medication and did not know how long the preferred brand would be unavailable, I had to order another brand. So, even though I could not get the brand I preferred, the brand I did order was efficiently and quickly processed and shipped. I appreciate the fast service.
