Some products are nice when you get them. One it takes forever to get anything. 2 maybe the order is right maybe it’s wrong. They’ll refund you for sure but as far as sending you the right thing or the items from your order….good luck

I’ve had several issues with this site. I ordered some stuff for my uncle last year and it never came. After two months. I asked for a refund and received one. I made the mistake of giving them another chance and ordered some products again this month. They only sent a portion of my order, and some of it was wrong. I tried to be patient to have the rest of my order sent but it’s been weeks! I would NOT recommend.

The only reason I'm giving this shop 2 stars and not 1 is because at least the shipment showed up (and in 1 piece). Unfortunately however the ordering/processing/shipping portion of the order didn't go as smoothly. The order shipped out late with no apology other than I was told I'd get some extra goodies for the mess up on their part. I feel like I've been slapped in the face by them at this point though because the "extra goodies to make up for it" was literally a TINY bag of sour patch kids candy. That's literally it. That's seriously so unprofessional and just plain rude to do that to a customer.... This site has a ton of bad reviews for a reason! Sadly I didn't check them before ordering so that part was my bad. Ugh this company sucks though honestly. I'll be taking my money elsewhere.

Since weekends aren’t counted as business days, the first processing day was Monday, August 18th. Your package was delivered on Tuesday, August 26th, which was the 7th business day, within our stated shipping window of 3–10 business days. That said, we understand the wait still felt longer than expected, and it’s not the type of experience we want our customers to have. Regarding the “extra goodies,” the candy included in your package was just a small item that goes out with all MAV pieces. a separate complimentary goodie box was also arranged to ship out, and we’ll make sure you receive it. Diamond glass breaker 8inch water pipe was a birthday gift for a loved one, the item advertised and what I received was not all together the same thing the bowl pictured on their website was not what I received,the color I thought I picked wasn't what was shipped after about four days waiting for a email for confirmation of shipment I went ahead and emailed the customer service representative to get an idea of what was going on I was notified that they would have it shipped from one of their warehouses in the same state I lived in to help speed up the process was told it would be two day shipping through UPS it was more like four shipped through USPS was past the birthday of my loved one wrong color wrong bowl contacted customer service representative again and was told colors are random when it say on their website colors may vary depending on monitor I checked again to make sure they did however send the bowl that was advertised never got notified of the replacement part being shipped had to email them once again to even find out when I needed to keep an eye out for it not to pleased with the experience over all decent customer service though

I ordered a piece quite a few days ago, I paid for Express shipping, 2-5 days and there website still only says order confirmed, preparing for shipment. I've tried to email and chat with there support, there is no phone number. I'm beginning to get highly frustrated and kinda bummed. Order number 51263

Takes more than a week to ship I understand they responded about my comment below which is why I gave 2 stars. I responded my apartment number the 16th & it’s not the shipped on the 22nd. So still bad service.

We noticed that the apartment number was omitted during the checkout process. This led to a delay in processing your order as we awaited the necessary details from your end following our initial outreach for this information.
Like others have pointed out, not so great customer service and delayed shipping. Ordered a vaporizer with expedited shipping. 4 Days later they contacted me saying my card wasn't processing so I quickly resolved it with my bank. Then they contacted me after my payment was successful and informed me that the item I ordered was not in stock. Update: The “fraud” they are referring to in their reply was an error by my bank that changed the address associated with my card to an address I had my new checks sent to. The issue was resolved immediately when I was made aware of it (again, days after I placed my order with fast shipping). My card was charged despite not having the item. 2 days later I was issued a refund.

Might buy from here if I see something I can’t live without (I’ll still search on other sites before ordering from yours). GOOD-The customer service was super prompt. It seems like there was a disconnect between the ordering online and their business? Maybe I’m giving them more than they deserve. Ordered two items. Tried to track these items by clicking on the links, it lead me to a site that said “forbidden”. I gave it another week. Same story, in all it was maybe a week an a half maybe two and a half. Emailed and they said they were so sorry!!!! They shipped my carb cap...... Where’s my torch???? By now it’s been a damn MONTH. People look for something to enjoy in this industry and unfortunately, y’all disappointed. Thank you for promptly refunding my money on the torch. Since it would be cost more than it’s worth for fire anyways. HOWEVER—— The carb cap THAT I FINALLY RECEIVED was beautiful. We’ll see how long it lasts. It has some lines in the glass that makes me question, but it’s just a beautiful piece.
