I ordered from them about 2 months ago and package just arrived today. At check out and under each product they clearly advertise FAST and free shipping and then act suprised when your upset about your order showing up months later. In no world is 2 months considered fast shipping. They should at least be up front about shipping times so you can order from somewhere that has there act together.

This company isn't an outright scam but does have very poor business practices and is incredibly unreliable when it comes to order fulfillment. Be aware if you order from them it is very common to not recieve all of what you ordered and sometime just nothing at all. Best to steer clear especially for more expensive electronic items.

I’ve already wrote a review about this website. Here we are again, I reached out again about my refund. I ordered two items around Christmas time and expected them to be in before Christmas. When I realized it wouldn’t come in time, I canceled the order. I spoke to a guy named Chris where he told me that he would cancel this order and when pressed further about the refund. He claims it was never captured. Which on the website claims this too, my bank however says otherwise. My order was #57721 and my total was $59.00. Still haven’t received any of that money back.

I want to clarify exactly what is happening so you know what to look for on your bank statement: Because we canceled this order immediately (before the funds were finalized), the transaction was voided, not refunded. How a Refund works: We take the money, hold it, and then send it back. You would see a credit (e.g., +$59.00) on your statement. How a Void works (Your Situation): The money was never actually transferred to us. The charge you see is a "pending authorization" or a "hold" by your bank. Because we voided the transaction, we released that hold immediately. What this means for you: You will likely not see a new line item showing a refund payment. Instead, the original pending charge of $59.00 will simply disappear from your statement entirely, as if the transaction never happened. Banking systems can sometimes take 3–5 business days to remove these pending holds. If the charge has settled (is no longer "pending") and you still do not have your funds, please contact us directly at [email protected]
Zero stars. Scam website. Never shipped my order and blocked my email address. I have disputed my order! Edit: they say that I didn’t have my apartment number listed, and I did. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SCAM WEBSITE.

We are very sorry to see this frustration and would love the opportunity to clarify what happened with your order, as there seems to have been a significant misunderstanding. Our goal is always to get our products into your hands as quickly as possible. In this specific case, the order was held up because the apartment number was missing from the shipping address provided at checkout. We cannot ship packages without a complete address, as it would likely be lost or returned to us. We were waiting for your response to correct this, and since we received the updated details over the weekend, we were prepared to ship your package out first thing the coming week. Regarding your communication, we have replied to all three of your support tickets and absolutely did not block any emails. It appears a chargeback was filed while we were in the process of fixing the address. We would have much preferred to simply ship your order now that the address is corrected. Since the bank is now handling the transaction, we will cooperate fully with them to resolve this.
Sent multiple emails because there were no updates on shipment. Very little communication relayed back. After a month of constant attempts to reach them, we received a package of just rolling papers. They tried to pull a quick one on us and marked the order as fulfilled. After filing a complaint with the bank is when they finally responded. 100% scammers. Would not recommend to anyone

We operate as a marketplace for Freeze Pipe products, which ship directly from the manufacturer. Unfortunately, Freeze Pipe is experiencing significant shipping delays due to the heavy holiday volume. Regarding the package you received: This was a free "goodie box" sent as a gesture of goodwill while you waited for the main shipment. This was relayed to you in one of the email chats and noted on the packing slip included in that box, it was not intended to replace your order or "pull a quick one," but rather to apologize for the wait. Our records indicate that we did reply to your support tickets regarding these delays, but we apologize if the updates felt insufficient. As per your request, a 100% refund was issued immediately. We are sorry we couldn't get this order to you in time, and we wish you the best.
I ordered in September and I still don't have my order its November now I wouldn't order nothing again from here be looking elsewhere this is my order number 56960 there is a order they r lying I got emails as well to prove this today I woke up after I wrote this to find out they canceled my order after taking the money do not order from here they r scrammers

This is a horrible website. I ordered a product from them. The product was processed, but the product was never shipped to me. I was then told the product couldn’t be shipped to me because it was sold to me at the wrong price point and that if they sold it to me at the price point, it was sold to me at they risked ruining their relationship with the manufacturer and take the chance of not being able to work with that manufacturer again. I reached out to the manufacturer and was told that this was not true. I now have no product which I paid over $200 for and no refund. I have reached out multiple times I have shared proof from the manufacturer with Kush cargo and if still receive no response, no product and no refund I’ve asked for my product to be overnighted to me as I have sent them proof that what they have told me is not true and I still have yet to receive anything and I am now out almost $300. And to make things worse, there is no way to contact Kush cargo other than email so you literally are sitting duck I would highly recommend not using this website for any purchases whatsoever and Kush cargo if you are reading this, I am happy to take this review down as soon as I know that my product has been shipped to me overnighted and I have tracking info proving that.

We feel it is important to clarify the events regarding this order for the public record. Regarding the pricing: As we explained in our correspondence, our manufacturers strictly enforce MAP (Minimum Advertised Price) policies. The discount code applied to your order brought the price way below the contractually allowed limit for that specific product line. We cannot fulfill orders that violate our dealer agreements. While we were attempting to communicate this, the responses we received became threatening. We have a zero-tolerance policy regarding the harassment of our support staff. Sending threatening messages every 20 minutes, as was done here, is not acceptable. Consequently, we made the decision to cancel the order and part ways. A 100% refund was issued immediately to your original payment method. You are not out any funds, and the refund receipt was emailed to you. We consider this matter closed and wish you the best in finding this product elsewhere.
