Thank you so much for sharing this and for giving Kuri Nüka the opportunity to make things right. It truly means a lot to know that our response helped turn your experience around. We understand how disappointing it can feel when an order doesn’t arrive as expected, especially with a promotion involved. Sab was very happy to assist and ensure everything was clarified and handled with care — even during the holidays. That level of attentiveness is exactly how Kuri Nüka aims to treat every customer. We’re really grateful for your patience and your trust, and we’re excited for you to finally experience the Batana oil for yourself. Thank you for choosing Kuri Nüka and for allowing us to support you on your hair journey. Maya x Founder, Kuri Nüka

We’re truly sorry to read this and understand how frustrating that experience feels. After carefully checking all Kuri Nüka support records, there is no email found under the public name shown on this review, which is why it appears you may not have received a direct reply yet. Kuri Nüka never ignores customer concerns, and every valid inquiry is handled with care and follow-through. To allow the team to locate your case immediately and resolve this properly, please email [email protected] with your order number in the subject line (you may also include “URGENT” for visibility). Once received, the team can review the tracking status with the courier and assist with the appropriate resolution. Kuri Nüka values transparency, accountability, and customer trust above all else, and the team is committed to ensuring your concern is addressed fairly and respectfully. Maya x Founder, Kuri Nüka

Thank you for the update and for keeping your bottles safe. Please be advised that the FULL refund has already been fully processed on our side. Depending on your bank or card provider, it can sometimes take a few business days for the amount to appear in your account. As for the remaining bottle, you don't have to return them. We just want to address the issue about the first refund processed. Checking in our record, it shows that the refund was returned by your bank to us after we processed it. That is why you have not received the initial offer of $40 refund. Thank you for your understanding, Dawn. Maya x Founder, Kuri Nüka

Delta, thank you for taking the time to share something so honest and personal. Your words really touched me. Many people come to Kuri Nüka with the same worries — years of thinning, chemical treatments, and trying product after product with little hope left — so hearing that you trusted us as your “last attempt” means more than you know. I’m truly glad that in just a couple of weeks you’re already seeing your hair come back to life. The softness, the shine, the healthier look — that’s exactly what authentic Batana oil should feel like. And knowing it’s helping you regain confidence makes every part of Kuri Nüka’s work worthwhile. Thank you again, Delta, for believing in the brand and for sharing your journey so beautifully. Thank you for sharing your concerns, and I truly appreciate you bringing this forward. I checked thoroughly, and there are no emails from you under the name listed on your public profile, which is why you haven’t received a reply. If you could kindly reach out again using the same name or provide your order reference, Kuri Nüka will make sure your message is found and attended to promptly. Kuri Nüka is genuinely here to help, not to ignore anyone — your message matters. About the shipment location: Kuri Nüka’s Batana Oil is 100 percent authentic and sourced directly from Honduras, where the oil is traditionally harvested. What you may be seeing on your tracking is the location of the third-party international logistics hub, which handles the global dispatching process. This does not affect the authenticity of the product or its origin. Every jar of Batana Oil is produced with integrity and remains true to Kuri Nüka’s Honduran roots. Kuri Nüka is committed to transparency, and your trust matters greatly. If you could kindly share the email or order details you previously used, Kuri Nüka would be happy to look into this immediately and continue assisting you. Maya x Founder, Kuri Nüka
