I used KSL and had an account for almost 20 years. I had dozens of 5 star reviews. Apparently someone was able to hack my account and I ended up with one 1 star review they could not tell me anything about and absolutely zero history. Their customer support first hung up on me and then spent two days to tell me their useless “team” couldn’t find my history. They ruined my reputation and made me look like a scammer. Their score here sadly says how bad they are to deal with.

Only 1 star because I'm required to give at least one star. I was IP banned from KSL because I suggested that people who don't like the USA or feel ashamed to be American should leave the United States. Maybe it's more than this such as I often have conservative viewpoints that seem to not be welcome on KSL. I find this strange since Utah has a conservative audience and our culture is conservative. We need a station that welcomes conservative viewpoints which is what a majority of Utah residents identify politically as. I don't understand why this is deserving of being banned as most people would question why someone stays in a nation that they hate so much. I'd say the same thing to someone who hated Utah and often did say this on KSL but didn't get banned for it.

So this is a very crappy sale site that only helps scams and criminal harassment. So I had 43 listings that said DO NOT CONTACT ME UNLESS YOU ARE GOING TO BUY. This is because of all the scams plus Utah code 76-9-201 eletric communication herassent, but didn't stop the fake reports then me getting black listed because of the lies plus having them steal pictures of my personal property plus my personal information. Their support will not do anything now will deserit news that works for them and will only help spread their lies and lie about their wrong doing.

I’ve watched ksl news for some time Each time I turn it on I swear to myself that I will not watch it again. The biases are very obvious. It is so very one sided I also feel like the news focuses on salt lake county. So many times the 10:00 news is preempted by Saturday Night Live and sports. Needless to say I have found other stations to be less bias

However, recent actions by your team have jeopardized everything I have spent years building. ​Specifically, I am addressing the removal of my hard-earned customer reviews. These testimonials represent years of quality service, and seeing them deleted without recourse is unacceptable. My current account representative, Kazan, has been unable to offer any solutions beyond quoting policy, showing a lack of the creative problem-solving I expect from a professional partner. Furthermore, communication has been unprofessional; I have dealt with unreturned calls and representatives prioritizing personal errands during business hours. ​I am deeply disappointed in the current direction of KSL’s customer service. I’m embarrassed to be a member of the church that owns KSL news. The biased reporting that KSL is guilty of makes me squirm in my lazy boy recliner. They are completely missing the tremendous job that the current US administration is performing each day. Come on Editor, pull your head out and tell the truth of what’s going on.

Heavy censorship of everything against the groupthink.

Most of the articles I read on this site seem to omit information, I don't know if punctuation is being used. Some articles seem to be written by elementary school students.
