Excellent customer service over the phone. My goods came in in a damaged box and I did not want to take a risk and decided to exchange them. Representatives were very helpful and I was able to exchange my goods free of charge.

Visited the kristals store at Coolsprings galleria in Nashville . I really enjoyed the products and the express facial . A bit pricy but worth it .

This company is a hidden gem. Their holistic approach to beauty and skincare is one of a kind. Really hard to find another brand on a market that has the same variety of products and is not afraid to pursue holistic approach to skincare.

Its a gem for anyone who is trying to live a holistic lifestyle. These products are created to make your skin look amazing. I've used Diamond line for about 5 months and the results did not disappoint.

I was in West Palm Beach, FL and found the store. I love love the kristal products, I use the non-surgical eye application once a week under my eyes, after it drys you have to put the gold 24k gold perfecting eye serum (I use the eye serum daily) or the non-surgical will dry and flake, I also use the rock crystal instant skin polisher once a week or every 2 weeks. I’ve used lots of expensive products, but this one is instant and it works wonders. I’m 51. The Perfectio X wand I used in the store and I couldn’t believe after 5 min on each side it literally took my laugh lines away. The wand is not cheap it’s $7999.99,better then a face lift. I will probably purchase the wand, I couldn’t belive the results. I highly recommend the products if you can afford them.

I was beckoned into the store ...This girl gave me all the cliche lines, told me I should do this for "me" etc etc. They had a 50% off sale so the eye stuff was "only" $350! No matter what I said she kept up with the hard sell. She put something under my eyes that smoothed out the wrinkles but when I finally extricated myself, it started to dry and pull and basically make my eyes feel very uncomfortable and scaly! I couldn't wait to get home and wash it off! She insisted it's cruelty free which is a lie and they don't sell in China (they do!) Hard pass.
