KoseimoissanitesReviews of koseimoissanites.com

The Customer Service Team as a whole. This woman must have been on the phone with me for an hour… let me explain: A man I love passed away, and I stumbled upon an order he was in the middle of in a shared link by accident days later. A good friend recommended that I follow the link and finish the order since it was something he wanted me to have. All I had was the website, the item number, and the specifics he wanted. While trying to order the engraving, they had a question about it. I explained that it was the word Butterfly, and when I typed it in, the 🦋 popped up. I explained was a nickname he had for me because one day I will spread my wings and fly. This woman, having a simple question about an order stayed on the phone, comforted me, and even remarked that this is also a way to grieve him and take him with me. This is the type of person who you want in your Customer Service Department representing your company. When my ring arrived, it was beyond gorgeous. I stopped breathing for a minute. Then I remembered the engraving, so I twisted the band, and there was Butterfly in a bolder font and light blue color like the emoji…I miss him everyday. Kosei Mosissanites is truly the best! They’re the least AI using brand with gorgeous jewelry, and I highly recommend them.

The worse of the worse don't even waste your time spending money in this website nothing that they sell here is true

The person was very kind and eager to help me, even though I couldn't find another band I wanted. The return process seemed quick. Hopefully the refund will be quick also. Thank you.

The product is great, just as advertised, I love it. I will say getting multiple requests to review the product before I even received it is extremely annoying.

The team was very good at making my custom engagement ring for my fiancé through every step of the process. You can clearly tell the craftsmanship and care that went into making it. They answered all of my questions and were very thorough in providing details, diagrams, and images to make sure the ring was exactly what I had wanted. I would recommend them to anyone wanting a custom ring. My fiancé absolutely loved his ring, and the shine is amazing (sometimes so bright that the camera can’t even pick it up!)

Ordered my wife’s ring Aug 28th and still i have not received it !! Can’t believe this business is still screwing ppl over ,my update still reads after 14 days have not received shipment. I had to cancel wedding trip. Wedding plans & more

Great craftsmanship highly recommend.
