I order your product on 09/28/26 and have yet to receive my order. I have not received any correspondence about a delay in shipping or otherwise. Please look into this matter for me.

I have never received my order. Several emails have been sent declaring it's in transit, the tracking number provided is not valid, and the delay in shipment has caused me to believe this company is fraudulent with fraudulent intentions

I have been using it, but I have not seen any results

I placed my order September 26 and as of October 14 it hasn’t arrived. Customer service has been good at communicating but I was looking forward to receiving and using the product and I’m thinking it must be lost in transit.
