If I could give less than a 1 star I would. After purchasing foundation from them in November 2025, I am yet to still receive the product. Despite numerous emails requesting follow up and then a refund, I have had no response from them. The one time they did respond was to tell me that because the product has been despatched they can't process a refund. So now I have no product and I'm out of pocket! The lack of customer service is absolutely disgusting! They are thieves who will happily take your money and then not deliver!

I ordered from Ķoreanskintherapy a month ago, but never received my order. Now they are charging me again! and I am going to contact my bank on monday. DON'T order from this company !

This is a scam, like others have said. I received wrong order and despite me contacting them by email asking for a refund or the correct product, I've heard nothing from them. Can't find a phone number to contact them on either.

This company is a scam, i placed an order 8 weeks ago and after contacting their customer service 5 times i am still waiting for them to tell me where my order is at. I have requested a refund twice and all they say is ‘i have passed this request to our specialist team’ and noone gets back to me!! Do not buy from this site.

Company is claiming to sell genuine Korean skin therapy products. But are actually selling knock off products. Please don't buy. Going to contact my bank to try and get a refund and report them to trading standards.

Not as advertised. A crayola would have a better job at applying colour to my face.
