Paid but did not receive order

The product arrived quickly and was as expected. The serum itself is a little sticky, but the product literature says that it is. If applied and given the 5-10 minute time allowable to be absorbed by the skin, it truly feels soft and makes the skin plumb. I have not noticed visible fine lines and wrinkles completely disappearing, but they do seem to be softened with use. Hoping for more improvement as time goes on.

I LOVE THIS PRODUCT. I couldn't wait for Christmas and gave my bestie a bottle. I suggest leaving it on 3-5 minutes and enjoy feeling your skin literally tightening. You can see the collagen and looks like peptides in the bottle. I have #LUPUS and had no reaction. You do however need a moisturizer but I'm 64 and lost my moisture.

I received my order very fast,packing is very nice too. Like the feeling when applying on my face and also the shine look. Still on my first bottle will wait too early to get results hope it will work for me . Sincerely

This is my 3rd time re-ordering. I went without it for about 3 weeks to see if I could go back to using my OTC brand . It made a huge difference, nothing moisturizes or smoothes my face and neck as good as this. Im proof it works.
