Hi I requested to return my order items after not enjoying the free sample given and reviewing once with a faulty lid. Customer service havent resolved the issue. They said I will be refunded for the faulty item without the need to return as for the rest to be sent back. I have spent alot on postage to send back from UK to Australia. Customer service is based there so it takes so long to communicate with the time difference. It seems someone new responds each time or they have a bot since the responses never make sense to the email thread so as of now nothing is getting resolved. For a high end skincare brand the service is the worst I've experienced. I spent a fortune so this has been a very stressful ordeal. Save your money and time and invest in a brand that cares about customer service. Don't bother risking if you have any kind of issues where you need to reach out for support. Will keep you posted if this changes and they resolve but know either way it's been a long mixed messages stressful way trying to resolve.

I bought the kora balm tumeric soap online, While the soap was nice, it hasn't faded any dark spots on my face or hands. A month later, my credit card was hit with another charge. I immediately contacted them and told them I hadn't reordered the soap. They said I should have unchecked a box that said I was going to get a reorder every month. At this point, the soap hadn't been sent but they wouldn't delete the order. I said I would be sending it back for a refund. They then offered to refund me 30% and I could keep the soap as they wouldn't pay the return postage. i agreed. They then sent an email saying they had refunded me. They hadn't, and I have told them 3 times that no refund came through. I feel scammed and would not recommend buying anything from their company.

I ordered the radiant eye oil. Received the bottle all crusted with the oil. The cover was on tightly. Looked like it had been laying around the warehouse for a “period of time”. This is not something that I would put near my eyes. Read the reviews on line, could not find a contact number/email. Will never make another purchase from this company.

I want to give the company the benefit of the doubt, but I ordered 2 spf 30 products that claimed to be great for reapplying over makeup. Generally that means its likeweight and matte to most people. This was the heaviest greasiest product I ever used and it gave me hives! Tried to contact customer service and nothing. Got it as a GMA 3 deal. I did not even open one of the products. This is so suspicious that I can not even return thr unopened item which is really all i wanted. Will never purchase from them again and I spend a lot of money on sunscreen because I have a sensitivity to the sun. So disappointed.

I used their makeup remover Active Algae Calming Cleansing Balm and it gave me really bad whiteheads that I’ve never had before. The worst part is I submitted a review on their website and of course it never showed up. They pick and choose the reviews that make it. Completely unethical behavior. Will not purchase from them again because they scam people and their products aren’t great,

Terrible terrible customer service.. a lot of lip service regarding order. First time ordering from this company and it has been over eight days and I have received false tracking through their FedEx while a customer service person told me they are sending through DHL and there is no way to track it with the number they have sent to me. It tells me they are not Legitimate and I will not be ordering from this company ever again!

Ordered from the tv show The View. Looked online and they have no way to contact them unless you send them an e mail if you do not live in Australia. Sent e mail cancelling order (2-5-2025). Received order still on 2-19-2025 and they have no way to contact them. They do not answer e mails. I interacted with a bot on their website but the bot was unable to help me. Order was not opened and I am disputing with my credit card company. Also received order (box) in poor shape. Do not order from this company.

Stay Far away from this company. They sold me an expired product and refused to accept a return. They just respond our policy is no refunds, but rest assured it's good for 6 months after it expires. Total Fraudsters!
