Because your service was completed just a few weeks ago, you have always been welcome to contact us to resolve any technical issues you are facing. Second, you requested a transition from Windows to Ubuntu. Prior to your purchase, you were informed that the computer outlined in your estimate was a used PC with Ubuntu 24.04 installed. When we met to set up the PC, we made it entirely clear that Windows programs do not run on Linux without extra software, and that Linux is an advanced operating system requiring a learning curve. We apologize for failing to meet your complete satisfaction in this regard. If you choose not to utilize our warranty services to resolve this, you are welcome to explore whatever alternative options are available to you.

Apologies for any inconvenience you experienced with our service, David. I do recall our remote session and the challenges we faced, such as frequent session disconnections. We worked around this issue during your remote session by switching to our Teleport Service. Additionally, we successfully installed the password manager (Bitwarden) on your computer. I remember the program sending you a verification email, but we couldn't access it because you were unable to log in to your email account due to password entry issues. I recall us trying to get you setup with an alternative email address, but we ran into the same problem with password entries. Regardless, we take full responsibility for your dissatisfaction with our service and are committed to ensuring our valued patrons consistently experience exceptional service, similar to what you encountered when we set up your computer system months ago.
