Great service would recommend to others

Very patient and explained what was happening. Great service protecting the computer and solving any problems.

My laptop screen was crushed and we got it quoted, but ended up just purchasing a new laptop. Anthony was patient and completed a clone from the old computer to the new one and it works great. In addition, when he couldn’t find my computer charger when I came to pick up my stuff, he offered to replace it right away with next day delivery. Very nice guy. One thing I would say is it would be great to have a little more information on the website about how the process of dropping stuff off works, as I was a little confused due to the unique office arrangements at the KOP location.

As with my previous encounter with this man's computer knowledge and abilities, I find his skill very professional and personable. The encounter date is a rough time guess.
