Freedom Diagnostics is not ISO 17025 accredited and that's what they claim that their 3rd party has as a certification. Also, I looked up the COA on Freedom. It shows "Blank Peptides" as the as the client and on the COA listed under the peptide they have the client changed to "Koi Peptides" and they changed the image. This is a counterfeit COA.

Arrived on time, well insulated, COA seems very legit. Clearly marked and checked all my boxes for research no adverse issues!

Shipped to me in an envelope and product was warm to the touch, possibly degraded. Sent a support ticket with no response for over a week. Update* Sent a ticket again and got a prompt response and resolution. They say they will heed the requests with shipping moving forward so I look forward to that.

Barcode on vial for COA doesn’t work and the peptide vial has moisture in it. So 100 percent has bacteria growing. Very disappointing, will definitely not use. Not to mention customer service line doesn’t work.
