KoalendarReviews of koalendar.com

It's been amazing to use Koalendar to book my online English students. It's been such an essential element in these very beginning stages of my business. I'm very pleased with all of the different settings I can use. They've answered so many of my booking needs. Grateful! :)

Each part is clear and functional and attractive.

Convenient to use and it seems to be want clients are wanting, easy accessible appointments which they can book instantly without having to ring up.

I’ve been using Koalendar to manage my French teaching business, and the support has been outstanding, technical advice and patience made all the difference. Matthew from the support team was incredibly patient, knowledgeable and helpful. He helped me resolve synchronization issues with Google Calendar and guided me on using coupon codes to maintain legacy pricing for my long-term students. The ability to customize cancellation policies have made my booking process much more professional. If you're an on-line teacher looking for a reliable with a support team that listens, I highly recommend Koalendar.

Very easy to use and when I didn’t understand something, I received a very quick and understandable response.

Solid app, even better customer service. I had a billing issue, reached out to them, and they immediately corrected it in a really generous way.

Love this tool - super simple to use and saves so much back and forth trying to arrange times!
