Great communication! I had a wonderful experience with Knock helping us move from our home into a new one. They sent us a personalized video that went over our specific information and plan, and answered any questions I had very quickly. The cost of using this service was fair, I would definitely recommend this for anyone who doesn't want to worry about lining up the sale of their current home when purchasing a new one.
