Donte was very helpful and was readily available when we had questions. The best thing was our ability to close on our new home in Dell Webb Lake Oconee and we have six months to pay back our Knock loan.

Everyone was very professional and knew their job well. I never asked a question that was not answered immediately. After this experience I would never think of using anyone else. Everything happened just as they explained it. It was a wonderful experience. I love people who know their job well and enjoy doing it.

It was a new program they had just started and we were the first customers. Even though they were stressed at times they were always patient and kind.
