Great knives and great experience on ordering new ones for gifts. They make it so easy.

I used my cleaver for the first time chopping a chicken with the bones still in. Wrong thing to do and, it says so on the website. (I missed that part) Anyway I significantly damaged my edge and emailed Knives Etc and admitted my dumbness. It doesn't hurt to ask so I did. "Is there anyway that I can get my knife replaced?" I received an email the next day that basically was shaking a finger at me (we told you on the website you cannot do that) and the message closed with a very kind, top notch customer service note that they would replace my knife and I pay shipping..!! What an awesome company..!!

Excellent knives

I bought the paring knife after helping mom can tomatoes with a miserable specimen. She loves it Andy dad also finds it beautiful. I will very likely be buying my next few kitchen knives here. Beauty, elegance, and craftsmanship!

At first I was upset. Someone stole my Christmas gift for my wife. Then I contacted this company and they replaced it immediately, it also dawned on me if this knife is so good looking and sharp that someone’s willing to steal it in the mail…I would’ve bought it twice.
