Missing Products & Pay To Return??
Had a horrible first experience. First off, they couldn't have sent out w/in 24 hours because package didn't get to USPS for 5 days. Then it supposed to take 2 days to days to get here- it took another 5 days to get to us. When we got it 3 items were missing & the rest was so cheaply made it is dangerous to use. Upon sending an e-mail to support explaining this, we were told that we had been sent good quality products. If we didn't want them, we would have to pay the shipping to return them & they would deduct a 15% restocking fee. This is crazy! They sell cheap quality merchandise & then won't even take care of their customers who don't want it. What a rip-off!

Hello Sherry How are you doing? We are really sorry to hear your experience with Knives Deal. At Knives Deal we do our best to ensure our customers are 100% satisfied, Upon looking at the issue we do see that the issue was tired to resolved and you were not happy with the resolution with partial refund or restocking FEE. Last note was from the Manager himself stating that company will pay for return shipping and refund you in full but we never herd any reply from you. Please do acknowledge that you did receive the email with a pre-paid return label and a full refund option from Knives Deals too. Best Regards Team Knives Deal
