Someone ordered from them and entered my email address by mistake. I emailed them to let them know the email address was wrong. They didn't get back to me and I've just received an unsolicited marketing email. They should have responded to my email and made efforts to correct their customer's mistake, but don't seem to have done anything.

Bought the knife a couple weeks ago and during the first use the I noticed the handle was loose. Was pretty sharp out of the box.
