I was charged 20 dollars for 2nd day delivery we o. On 3rd day and tracking g says still 2 more days before I receive from a state away I am never using knife country again I will find another supplier oh and don't think I be getting a refund don't even want the knives now u can keep my donation is what I'm gonna call it

Hi Seth, Thanks for your order and for reaching out. I completely understand your frustration with the delivery delay. I want to clarify that your order was processed and shipped out within our stated policy of 1 business day. Unfortunately, while you selected 2nd Day shipping, that time frame reflects the service level once the package is in transit—not from the time of your order. Carrier delays, especially by USPS, are out of our control, and I agree it's frustrating when they don’t meet their commitment. That said, I never want a customer to feel like their purchase was a “donation.” I’d be happy to assist further—whether that’s helping with a return once the knives arrive, or discussing a resolution that works for both of us. Please feel free to email me directly at [email protected] or call (800) 342-9118. Sincerely, Josh Terryah Owner, Knife Country USA

Total lack of customer service
Ordered 2 Condor Leaf machetes. Neither one fit either sheath. Contacted owner, he said he would contact the company rep. That was over a month ago, with no response. Knife Country USA does not back up the products they sell and their customer service is nonexistent. Prices seem good, don't waste your monies.

Hi Mark, I’m sorry to hear that you’re still frustrated, and I appreciate you taking the time to share your experience. I want to clarify that after we spoke, I did reach out to Condor on your behalf, and they confirmed they would be sending two replacement sheaths directly to you. I regret that their timeline has caused further delays and that I didn’t follow up with you sooner—that’s on me. I also noticed you’ve placed another order with us since then, which I genuinely appreciate. We truly value your business and your trust, and I want to make sure this situation is fully resolved. If you haven’t received those replacement sheaths yet, please reach out to me directly and I’ll make it right. Thank you again for your patience. Sincerely, Josh Terryah Owner, Knife Country USA [email protected] (800) 342-9118

Got several knives
Update Made contact through FB. Refunding broken knife. They’re making it right. I added a star. Got several knives. All came as the should except 1. They say, never any used knives. Not true. I sent an email with pic of knife in box as I opened it. Scale broken off. Not in plastic bag or wrapped in paper, normal for all the others I got. It is scratched and blade was sharped by a hack. Scratches all down blade. No reply from company from email with pic. Called multiple times. No answer. No return. If they would have made right by my order, I wouldn’t be here.

Hi JJ, Thank you for the update and for giving us the chance to make things right—I really appreciate you reaching out via Facebook and allowing us to resolve the issue with the broken knife. I'm truly sorry for the condition it arrived in and the delay in getting back to you initially. We never want a customer to feel ignored or stuck with a defective product, and I’m glad we were able to get the refund processed. Your feedback is important and helps us improve both our quality control and communication going forward. Thanks again for your patience—and for updating your review. I hope we can earn that last star back with your next experience. Best regards, Josh Terryah Owner, Knife Country USA

Their Price Match Guarantee is a Joke!
Their Price Match guarantee is a joke!! I ordered cane sword from Knife Country on 11/19 and then seen the next day Midway USA had it on sale for half what I paid and contacted Knife Country by phone and email with no response. Finally messaged them on Facebook about it and their response was they'd be losing money if they honored their guarantee and Midway must have made a mistake in their listing!! No they didn't!! It was a Black Friday sale and I ordered one from Midway also to average out my losses! I only wish you can you give negative stars!! Oh well, live and learn!!!

Response from Knife Country USA· Jul 3, 2025
Hi Jimmy, Thanks for your feedback. I’m sorry we weren’t able to meet your expectations with the Price Match Guarantee. While we do offer to match most advertised prices, our policy does have limitations—particularly when it comes to flash sales, clearance pricing, or one-off Black Friday discounts where the pricing is below our wholesale cost. In this case, honoring the match would have resulted in a significant loss, which is why we couldn't proceed. That said, I agree that your messages should’ve been responded to more promptly, and I apologize for the delay—that’s not the level of service we aim to provide. I appreciate you bringing this to our attention, and I’ll be working with the team to prevent similar situations in the future. Thanks again for giving us a try. Sincerely, Josh Terryah Owner, Knife Country USA

Response from Knife Country USA· Jul 3, 2025
Hi Ron, I’m very sorry to hear about this and completely understand your frustration. I want to make this right immediately. If your Havalon knife still hasn’t arrived, it’s possible the package was lost or misrouted in transit—and we absolutely don’t want you left without your order or your money. Please reach out to me directly at [email protected] or call (800) 342-9118. I’ll be happy to either send a replacement package right away or issue a full refund—whichever you prefer. We take these situations seriously and stand behind every order. I appreciate your patience and hope to get this resolved for you today. Sincerely, Josh Terryah Owner, Knife Country USA

Ordered a Gerber Gator with the 154CM…
Ordered a Gerber Gator with the 154CM blade (for under $70 !!!) for a friend. Owner texted me immediately to check if the order was placed by me, since I had put a 'ship to' address and name different from my billing address. That is good customer service policy. Also, try finding a price like that anywhere else for this great every day carry. Wish I could find mine!

Response from Knife Country USA· Jul 3, 2025

We always want to make sure our customers (and their gifts) are protected. Also… if your Gator ever turns up missing for good, we’ve always got more waiting for you here!
