Well made 10.5 300 blackout upper. Works with a supressor, subsonic rounds and frt. Fit and finish is quite nice , my maxim defense pdx 300 blackout had inconsistencies with the fit and finish and tooling marks on a very high dollar rifle and the rail didnt line up with the reciever either. This upper I have from KM is awesome all around, reliable under very hard use , excellent quality. Shipped quickly and has yet to disappoint.

I've read most of the reviews for KM Tactical and want to express how much I like this company. This was my first order, and the product quality is on point. There were no broken or damaged items. I did have an issue with a spring kit that had two identical springs instead of two different ones. I was also missing two pins from the small parts kit add-on. What made it a great experience was the customer service. I contacted them, and they requested photographs, which any company would want to verify. I had no issues with the original shipping. I will order from them again.

This company will write 2 page excuse why they are victim of your mistake. That was buying from them. I tried to get a 10 dollar part replaced or repaired. It was a nightmare. Text, emails, phone calls you name it. Bottom line they never and I say never admitted they made a simple mistake. To them it was worth fighting for over a month. Lying to no end over a 10 dollar part. Stay away. Imagine what they would do over 20 bucks.

They have a 5 star site the products they offer to the 2A community are Solid. Their communication level is unprecident from their good pricing quality of parts as well as service or questions about application of the products they sell you cant go wrong here. I have done business with them for years and they are my #1" go to"....for anyone who is just starting out to the advance builder. This is definately a company to set up a account with. Thanks K&M you Guys Rock!

I recently ordered a complete assembled slide for my Glock 22 from KM Tactical, and I couldn’t be more impressed. There was a small issue with one of the screws on the adapter plate being stripped, so I reached out to them by email. They responded immediately and even called me right away, which really showed how much they care about their customers. Their customer service was outstanding. They sent me replacement plate screws at no cost and even included a new guide rod, which went above and beyond my expectations. Shipping was also very fast from the time I placed the order to the day it arrived at my door. Overall, I am extremely happy with the product, the customer service, and the entire experience from start to finish. I will definitely be doing business with KM Tactical again.

Purchased glock 21 slide.less than 50 rounds bottom of slide where recoil spring hole is cracked and broke off Sent back and they told me was negligent use.

I used them for parts to my GLOCK 21. Everything arrived on time as promised but one piece was wrong. I reached out to Customer Service and I was told to send piece back and they would send another one. Pre paid postage was sent to my email. Received 2cd one and it was wrong also, informed Customer Service and another one was sent, and this time they tried out for the fit to know it was right. I received it and it fit like a GLOVE, and because of the problems I was given a few nice goodies, ie Patch, stickers, and rubber band bracelet. I would recommend to anyone. GREAT Company, Great items, and FANTASTIC CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I have been in their showroom several times and enjoyed the experience immensely. And have purchased their uppers more than once. 5 Star all the way.
