We came to Malta with our hand luggage being free however on the home trip we got charged €80 for our hand luggage. Absolutely scammed us big time will not be using again as there was no explanation of how the same airline uses whatever rules they want to.

For the time being no issues. We booked a flight through a travel agent, but we were not able to view the flight on KM MAirline's website. So I used the chat service and I could chat with a live agent. Finally the live agent could confirm our flights and (by the way) sent me all the information via email.

Super bad experience We had booked two business class tickets in march that included free access to the lounge but they changed the rules and we had to pay 80 euros to go to the lounge. This company is a joke. The only company in the world that doesn’t provide a lounge access with the price of the ticket. We paid almost 200 euros more each to have nothing more than an economy class. Please take an other airline. We miss AirMalta

Scam airline. Everybody had to pay a 40 euro extra fee for handluggage thats normally free and suddenly had to be checked in. The onward way was no problem and return suddenly this. Also way less legspace in older plane on way back

Absolutely shocking experience, on our way from LHR to Malta there was a long delay to get our suitcases. We are now on our way back, the queue for check in has taken over an hour already, not moving and not even as much as an explanation or apology…. staff very unhelpful

Absolute joke of an airline. Booked months ago. for two people and a dog and all confirmed. All procedures carried out and turned up today for the flight. Checked in and dog taken through by security all as it should be. Waiting in line for boarding only to be taken to one side and advised we could not travel. The caption refused to accept dogs. We found out KM Malta chartered the flight so we were stuck. Took nearly two hours to get the dog back totally distressed and a further 4 hours waiting for the case which we were told was offloaded only to find out it probably went on the flight. We are still waiting to find out and that about 8 hours now as I am writing this. KM Malta changed our flights untill following Monday without checking with us. After checking tomorrow's availability there are seats available but as these are more expensive that we had booked thur refuse to change. Therefore empty seats tomorrow and our holiday in tatters!

HOW can you instruct passengers to pay for luggage and seats when your site does not even allow payment to go through!!
